Carol comes to Good Shepherd with 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including serving as General Manager at Panera. She is blessed with three adult children (all married) and six wonderful grandchildren. She’s excited to see our café open more hours, serving delicious coffee and food, and hopes every visitor will feel welcome and loved as if they were visiting a dear friend or family member.
