We want to invite your entire family to our Advent Family Night! Advent is such a special time of year leading up to Christmas. We will come together to learn what it means and what it looks like to wait with great anticipation! Join us on Wednesday, December 3rd for an evening together as we celebrate and learn about the season of Advent. This event is hosted by Children’s Ministry and was created for families with children through 5th grade.
 
There will be an optional pizza dinner starting at 5:15 pm. The cost for food is $5/per person or $20/max per family. We will be serving pizza (with a gluten-free option!), veggies, and cookies! 
Worship will begin at 6:00pm.

We will prepare our spaces based on registrations submitted for food and worship. We welcome you to join us!

We are heading to Covenant Harbor Christian Camp & Retreat Center February 13-15 for a fun weekend of Jesus, community, and hopefully snow!  This is for any current 4th & 5th grade students whether they attend Good Shepherd or not. The cost for the trip is $250 which includes transportation, food, and lodging for the weekend. Participants should bring extra cash for snacks or items from the camp store, and for lunch on the way back on Sunday.  

Registration for winter camp is open until January 16. Please reach out to Justin with any questions!

Following services on Sunday, 11/16, we will come together in room 8 at 12:30 to send some love to the college students of Good Shepherd! All are invited - parents, grandparents, siblings, friends, fellow students - to share some Lou Malnati's, put together packages to ship off to college campuses, and pray over our students and their families.

Part of our Confirmation process is our Delta Retreat, held on November 21-22. As younger students prepare to affirm their baptism, they get to spend a full day in the church hearing the testimonies of other students who have walked the road before them. This is an incredible experience for those going through Confirmation, and you don't want to miss it!

Additionally, adults can participate by:

• Serving throughout the weekend
• Writing supportive letters to confirmands

From January 16th through 18th, all current 6th-12th grade students are invited to join us for a weekend at Lake Geneva Youth Camp! This is an incredibly FUN time we get to enjoy together as a community, and it's also a space where students get to engage with worship, with God's word, and with one another in a more intentional way.

Spots for both students and leaders are limited!

Support our high school mission trip and be a part of the 19th annual edition of this community event! Dodgeball brackets are open for high schoolers (Friday, 2/6), 4th and 5th graders, middle schoolers, and adults (all on Saturday, 2/7).

Community members and local businesses are also invited to serve as event sponsors, who can fill out this interest form.
