Jen Fosdick

Hi, I’m Jen Fosdick, and I’m so excited to be joining the team at Good Shepherd! Before coming here, I was an educator for 23 years—17 of those in Special Education. During that time, I developed a deep passion for serving individuals with disabilities and their families. I’ve always strived to create spaces where everyone feels they truly belong. Over the past year, I felt a strong nudge to pursue a career that combined my love for this work with my faith—which is why I’m absolutely thrilled to step into the role of Disability Minister at Good Shepherd!

I grew up on the south side of Naperville, but now my daughter, Zoë Joyce (who goes by Joë), and I live on the north side. This year, she made the NNHS basketball feeder team after playing in the park district league, and let’s just say—it was a tough adjustment cheering for the Huskies! These days, my favorite hobby is being a basketball mom.

Joë will also proudly tell you she has a little brother—and he has 4 legs. Our white pug, Hugo Bougie, is the friendliest, laziest little goofball you’ll ever meet. Those two are my happy place… though Paris and Colorado are close runners-up.

I can’t wait to jump in with both feet, and I look forward to meeting all of you. Please feel free to email me or stop by so I can get to know your story!
