FORWARD

Advance Commitment Night

"Then the leaders of families, the officers of the tribes of Israel, the commanders of thousands and commanders of hundreds, and the officials in charge of the king’s work gave willingly."

1 Chronicles 29:6

We want to be a church that is known for what we are For rather than what we are against.

So, we're moving Forward in faith with a two year generosity initiative.

We are For the World

We're partnering with organizations that make a difference in the lives of the most vulnerable around the globe.

We are For our neighbors

We come alongside local organizations that provide ways for us to expand our impact.

We are For 1310

Every ministry that we offer at Good Shepherd is connected to the Great Commandment and the Great Commission.

Join us for Advance Commitment Night

This event is for anyone that calls Good Shepherd home. We will be celebrating all that God has done and prayerfully moving forward into the future we trust that He has for us.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why should I attend?
You won’t want to miss this evening! We’ll be talking about it for years to come as we collectively make a commitment to God, and celebrate all that He is doing through Good Shepherd.
When do you need my RSVP?
We are asking all RSVPs to be submitted below no later than Thursday October 24, 2024.

All are welcome, but we may not be able to accommodate seats for those who RSVP after October 24th.
What kind of food is being served?
We will serve light refreshments and a variety of drinks. We won't be serving dinner.

We encourage you to start your evening with us prior to going out with your small group or other members of the church for dinner.
Where can we park?
On-site garage parking is available a short walk from the venue. You can drop off passengers close to the entrance as needed.
How will this work for families?
We are not able to offer childcare for this offsite event. We would love for every adult who calls Good Shepherd home to be a part of this event, where we will be making a commitment towards the next season of our church, but we recognize that may not be possible for all families.

If you are unable to join with your spouse, please prayerfully consider what your commitment would be prior to that evening, so that whoever attends can confidently make that commitment for your family.
