Hi! My name is Lori Rose! I have been married to Tom for 28 years and we have one son, Jack, 22, who is finishing up his Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology at SIU-Carbondale.  We also have an unruly Cavapoo, Layla, who is almost 2.

I have a BS in Business from Valparaiso University and an MBA from Lewis University.   I'm one of those crazy people who likes numbers, so I enjoy working in Accounting. It's an added blessing to get to do that in a community of faith.  

In addition to cooking for my family I cook for an organization called Lasagna Love and provide a lasagna monthly for a family in need.
